Laurie’s Photo Library

Authors and the community have come together over many years, thanks to Laurie Greenwood.

Marie Louise Gay, author of the fabulous "Stella" books for children, was in Edmonton

to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the popular series.  Kids galore crowded together at Greenwoods Bookshoppe in

mid-September to hear her read from her newest Stella book, and share some special birthday cake.

It was standing room only on October 1st when Edmonton author Thomas Trofimuk read from his most recent novel, “Waiting for Columbus” as part of the 30th anniversary celebrations for Greenwoods Bookshoppe.
